Top start for the referees
Saturday January 18, the first session of referee training, orchestrated by Jean-François Aubry, marked the start of a training adventure which will span three Saturdays, in Jonchery. This training allowed participants to explore the fundamentals of refereeing: rules of the game, technical gestures and management of complex situations. The day alternated between theory and practice.
The next two sessions will deepen this learning, with field exercises and video analyses.
For those interested in joining the big arbitration family, they should contact the District for more information.
Civic services are formed
The 30 civic services of the Haute-Marne District had the opportunity to follow training on the theme “Sport and health: when addictions and imbalances get involved”. Led by Théo Grandclaude, speaker from the Ligue du Grand Est, this session offered keys to understanding the links between sports practice, addictions and physical and mental imbalances.
Civic services were able to discuss concrete cases and share their experiences to enrich their own approach to the missions they carry out in their respective clubs.
The acquisition of this new knowledge allows young civic services to deepen their role and adapt their actions according to the problems they encounter in their missions.
The training offers them ways to intervene more effectively with young practitioners, while integrating a dimension of prevention and support.
After this first module, civic services will have the opportunity to follow other training courses in February, to continue to enrich their knowledge and refine their skills at the service of the clubs.
