Two politicians were interviewed by the Yvelin authorities as witnesses. They are Claude Guéant, former Minister of the Interior and Gaston Flosse, former president of the government of French Polynesia. They had to answer investigator's questions about the suspicious death of Minister Robert Boulin in 1979. The latter had been found in the Rambouillet forest in a pond. At the time, the authorities concluded it was suicide, which the family has always disputed.
