This man, already convicted in 2014 for “sexual assault on a minor under 15 years old” and “possession of child pornography” and in 2019 for “failure to prove the residence of a person on file with sex offenders”, was again accountability.
Last July, he was implicated in a case of corruption of a minor. This paramedic, who calls himself “Paw Patrol” on the Internet, approaches and asks a 12-year-old girl through social networks to undress. He then insists on receiving suggestive photos of her. He takes a photo of his penis. Acts that Justice describes as “corruption of minors under 15 years of age”. He gave her confidence and always demanded more, notably “to kneel like a four-legged animal” sums up the judge of the criminal court. It is the little girl's dad, later discovering these abuses on his daughter's phone, who will alert the gendarmes.
“There is potentially a problem with little girls between 8 and 12 years old.”notes the president of the jurisdiction, Déborah Cohen. The man recognizes the facts, but does not remember because of the alcohol he drank in the evening. That’s when prosecutor David Malicot intervenes: “But the messages sent to this little girl are at all hours of the day. There are some in the morning, at noon, in the afternoon”, supports the parquet floorer. “I don't believe in your amnesia, on the other hand you are ashamed, it's a way of protecting yourself (…) It's hard for you to face the person you are“, continues the prosecutor. “Today everyone is afraid of you, not afraid of you physically, but of the acts you can commit against children.”decides the prosecutor.

The court sentenced the “Paw Patrol” of social networks to 4 years in prison. In addition, he has a socio-judicial follow-up of 10 years and, if he does not respect it, he will serve three more years of detention. As part of his sanction, he is obliged to seek treatment, is prohibited from approaching young victims and from carrying out voluntary or professional activity with minors. Justice also prohibits him from appearing in the town of Bouillargues where he lived until now. A thirty-year-old who remains on the sex offender file.
