“It’s a source of pride,” confide the residents. In this village perched on the heights of Haute-, between forests and juices as far as the eye can see, the Marcon family is everywhere.

So, when Paul, the youngest in the family, prepares to compete in the 2025 Bocuse d'or final, it's a day of celebration that awaits in Saint-Bonnet-le-Froid.
