Seine-et-Marne. The first two tenants of the Moissy-Cramayel City Dock are hard at work

One year of work is all it took to see new activities emerge from the ground. City Dock by Panattoni », avenue Paul Langevin, in Moissy-Cramayel, right next to the factory Air Liquide. Since the laying of the first stone of this project on October 17, 2023, the site, erected on a plot of 2.5 hectares, has progressed at high speed to create this new type of business park, with its 4 buildings of 3,000 m²flexible and divisible at will from 800 m².

It is the first City Dock in France

“It’s a concept that already exists in Germany, where Panattoni has already launched around ten sites of this type, but this is the first that we are launching in France,” explains Salvi Calsgeneral director of Panattoni. It is a concept aimed at small and medium-sized businesses, but also at large companies that want to open a local agency, for example. The idea is first of all to have a qualitative construction, with modular and adaptable buildings, materials of natural origin, and high environmental standards which will allow us to obtain the best existing labels.”

Clearly, each of the four buildings can be divided on demand or almost, with, for example, two cells of 800 m² and one of 1,300 m²each room having its own offices upstairs.

Already two tenants installed

“We already have 20% of the surface area which has already been marketed,” says François Bonneville, project manager. And we have quite a few weekly visits and inquiries.” Two companies have already taken possession of their premises, Galaxie Green, a leading group in solar energy, and Yumgo, which offers a plant-based alternative to eggs, and which has started work on its production line.

“The premises that we found here correspond perfectly to what we were looking for,” explains one of the managers of Galaxie Green. They are the size you want, and especially with a dock. It's very rare to have a dock on rather small areas! And then, it's new, innovative, it was in our image. We will have seven people working here, most of whom will be recruited locally in Moissy.”

Still in the installation phase, the two companies will truly begin their activity at the end of January. And while waiting for future arrivals, Panattoni will begin, next Thursday, its final work on this City Dock – which represents a total investment of 23 million euros -, by covering the entire roofs of the four buildings with solar panels.
