A young couple accused of incestuous child abuse is in detention
The two individuals were arrested at the end of December and are being prosecuted for sexual abuse of their own children.

According to information from “Nouvelliste”, the parents were arrested by the police following the discovery of child pornography that they were exchanging on the darknet.

-A few days before Christmas, a couple accused of child abuse against their children was arrested at their home, in a town in Bas-Valais, reports “The Nouvelliste”. The parents, both in their thirties, are suspected of having abused their four children, aged under 12. They were placed in preventive detention.
Child pornography, incest, sexual acts with minors and violation of the duty to assist a child are among the accusations mentioned by the daily. The Valais public prosecutor confirms the opening of proceedings against the couple, who benefit “at this stage from the presumption of innocence”.
The police were able to reach the two accused after discovering child pornography material traded on the darknet. It is specified that “the investigation of this file should take time”.
