Seine-et-: three men convicted of raping a mother

Three men aged 22 and 23 were sentenced by the Assize Court of Seine-et-, Friday January 17, 2025. They were accused of gang rape of a mother, reports The Parisian.

The acts were committed in September 2021 in the common areas of a building in Thorigny-sur-Marne. In the middle of the night, the victim left his home to go to this building to buy cannabis. Several hours later, she returned home, confused, without pants, without underwear, without her keys or her bank card.

A man identified thanks to a genetic fingerprint

She filed a complaint the next day, but was unable to describe her attackers. Despite the little information in their possession, investigators were able to identify a suspect, thanks to a genetic fingerprint. He confessed to the rape, before retracting. The two other accused were arrested in April 2022 and admitted the facts.

Two defendants received 12 years of criminal imprisonment. Their accomplice was sentenced to 8 years in prison.
