The Constitutional Court stripped Mohamed Boudrika of his mandate as deputy (RNI). The Court declared that the seat occupied by the former president of Raja, the day after the legislative elections of September 8, 2021 for the local electoral constituency of “El Fida-Mers Sultan”, is vacant. From now on, the seat goes to the candidate whose name appeared on the RNI list after that of Boudrika, in accordance with the provisions of article 90 of the organic law relating to the House of Representatives, indicates the Constitutional Court. This decision was communicated to the Speaker of the Lower House of Parliament.

Since his departure from Morocco in February 2024, Boudrika has been stripped of all his titles. In April 2024, he lost his title as a member of the secretariat of the House of Representatives. The RNI then presented another candidate in his place. A month later, he was removed, by a court decision, from the presidency of the Mers Sultan municipal council. His party also removed control of the RNI coordination from the Mers Sultan-El Fida prefecture in Casablanca.

Last summer, Boudrika received two other blows: in July, he lost his seat in the Royal Moroccan Federation (FRMF) and in September the presidency of the football section of Raja de Casablanca. It is precisely these two positions that led Mohamed Boudrika to the political world.

Currently, Boudrika is in a detention center in Germany.
