Euro team table tennis – Belgium wins its 2nd group match and will compete in the next qualifying phase

Julie Van Hauwaert (ETTU 157) gave Belgium her first point with a victory in three sets 11-5, 11-3, 11-2 against Sabina Musajeva (ETTU 228).

If Lilou Massart (ETTU 96) triumphed in four sets 11-8, 11-5, 9-11, 11-9 over Aleksandra Jersova (ETTU 217), Eloise Duvivier (ETTU 262) was the first Belgian to tilt, in four sets 11-5, 11-6, 6-11, 16-14 to Margarita Smirnova (unranked).

Opposed to Musajeva, Massart finally won the decisive point in four sets 11-9, 11-9, 11-13, 11-5 to ensure the Belgian victory.
