Courses and sports activities for children: the CSM in #bankruptcy

It was in 1993 that a physical education teacher decided to open the French-speaking Center Skipy Multisports asbl league. He organized extra-curricular sports activities and courses for children. Activities, such as swimming, tennis, athletics, dancing took place in Embourg then, given the success, in Liège, at the Collège St Louis then at the Collège St Servais.
In 1996 the structure became the CSM asbl, offering a greater variety of sporting activities such as climbing, adventure courses, etc.

The latter has unfortunately just declared bankruptcy. While courses for children and teenagers were already filling up quickly for the two weeks of Carnival, everything is now blocked. Which puts many parents in embarrassment.

A former administrator is currently trying to find a solution for the already paid extracurricular courses and carnival courses, with another structure. “I will try to find a solution and I will come back to you via a post to find an arrangement with each parent having their child registered, provided that the CSM collaborates by providing the registration list and that the centers give us access to the different premises “, indicates François Louis Vlassis on the Facebook page.
The commune of Chaudfontaine is also working to find alternative solutions.
