Music Museum – Mouassine – Marrakech
Museum dedicated to Moroccan and African Music in a restored 16th-17th century riad. Exhibits traditional instruments, organizes concerts and offers an interactive experience with the possibility of trying certain instruments.
A musical journey in a historic setting
The Marrakech Music Museum, opened in 2014, occupies a building of Arab-Andalusian architecture dating from the 16th and 17th centuries. This historic structure, beautifully restored, houses a unique collection dedicated to Moroccan and African music.
