The organizing committee of Drôme Ardèche Cycling loops a officially presented the field and the courses of its two races: the Classic Ardèche Faun and the Faun Drôme Classic. 13 WorldTour teams have already announced their presence on the Classic Ardèche Faun (Saturday March 1) and/or the Faun Drôme Classic (Sunday March 2). Among them, foreign teams UAE Team Emirates, Visma – Lease a Bike, Team Picnic Post NL, Lidl – Trek, Soudal-Quick Step and the French Decathlon AG2R La Mondiale Team, Arkéa B&B Hotels, Cofidis et Groupama-FDJ have confirmed the participation of some of their best runners. This is the 25th anniversary of Drôme Ardèche Loops. As a reminder, theFrance will host the European Road Cycling Championships and it will be from October 1 to 5, 2025, on the lands of Drôme and Ardèche, the playground of Drôme Ardèche cycling loops. This is the third time that these European Championships have been organized in France after Plumelec in 2016 and Plouay in 2020 where 850 men and women runners, representing 40 nations among juniors, U23s, and Elites, will be expected for five days, with 14 events, 8 CLM events and 6 road races on the program.

Many great runners have confirmed their presence in both or one of the two races. We find in particular Marc Hirschi (Tudor, 6th in the UCI ranking), Enrique Mas (Movistar, 11e), Mattias Skjelmose (Lidl-Trek, 18e), Juan Ayuso (UAE Team Emirates XRG, 24th), or even Romain Bardet (Team Picnic-PostNL, 31e). Le champion de France, Paul Lapeira (Decathlon-AG2R La Mondiale) should also be at the starts just like Valentin Madouas, Guillaume Martin (Groupama-FDJ) or even Axel Zingle (Visma | Lease a Bike).
