Félix Bingui, alias “The Cat”, will be extradited to France. He is a major figure in drug trafficking, particularly in Marseille, since he is suspected of leading the Yoda clan: one of the most powerful gangs in the country. He will be presented this Tuesday, January 21 to an investigating judge who issued his arrest warrant, with a view to his indictment.
