Producer and screenwriter at Radio France, Philippe Collin is behind the podcast Facing history. He was interested in great people, notably Cleopatra, Napoleon and Putin. He comes to share his expertise in the art of transforming historical facts into captivating stories. A valuable exchange to understand the construction of series that combine documentary rigor and engaging storytelling.

To begin with, Lysandre Champagneresearcher at the Observatoire de la culture et des communications du Québec, presents the most recent data on podcast consumption habits. Afterwards, Prune Lieutierresearcher at HEC Montréal and director of La Fleche à l’oreille, presents to us the first results of her study, carried out in collaboration with Xn Québec, on the challenges in creation, production and distribution encountered by the independent production community in Quebec. It launches us into possible solutions based on comparisons from here and elsewhere.
