The NBA Paris Games are closer than ever and the two teams involved, the San Antonio Spurs and the Indiana Pacers, have arrived in the French capital. Victor Wembanyama and the spurs started with a small detour in Hauts-de-Seine (92), in Nanterre, in the old Alien hall.
Barely time to get off the plane, the San Antonio Spurs were already at training and not just anywhere. The first stage of the Texan journey to France necessarily pleased Victor Wembanyama since he was able to beat a very familiar floor.
It was at the Palais des Sports Maurice-Thorez in Nanterre, the room in which the pivot played from 2014 to 2021, that Chris Paul's teammates were able to let off steam. Further proof that this week, in addition to being a celebration of basketball, is a bit like that of Wemby. He spoke on RMC:

The Indiana Pacers are also in the capital, but have had a quieter start to the trip. Rick Carlisle's team headed straight to their hotel for a little rest after a long trip!

The two teams will take to the floor of the Accor Hôtel Arena on Wednesday for training and press conferences before the matches on Thursday and Saturday!
