The Alpes de Haute-Provence prefecture, awarded the Quali-ATE label. A label awarded by the AFNOR organization to reward commitment to improving the reception and services provided to users. “ A great satisfaction and the fruit of important work by all the teams”, according to the prefect Marc Chappuis, “this label underlines the efforts to always better meet the expectations of citizens, guarantee an accessible, transparent and user-centered service ».
The Bas-Alpine prefecture is among the top ten certified; it has been committed since 2013 to guaranteeing a courteous welcome, a comfortable waiting time, promoting telephone reception and even improving response times by letters and emails. An eco-responsible approach is also taken.
