As part of its commitment to supporting the academic and professional careers of young Moroccans, the Jadara Foundation has just organized in Bouznika the second edition of its national meeting with guidance professionals in Morocco, under the theme “Orient Action: Strengthen, Innovate, Collaborate” in Bouznika.
For the Foundation, this event is part of its ongoing efforts to support and finance the orientation of young people towards a successful academic and professional future, in perfect alignment with the Sovereign’s orientations, aiming to forge the elite of tomorrow and to encourage scientific research.
In Bouznika, the meeting focused on improving global orientation through digital solutions and innovative workshops, while presenting the roadmap for the year 2025. The event also provided an opportunity to discuss strategies to strengthen support for young people in all regions of the Kingdom, both urban and rural.
In a statement to the press, the president of the Jadara Foundation, Mr. Hamid Belafdil, indicated that the Foundation signed, during this meeting, agreements with civil society associations in different regions of the country, with the aim of to strengthen joint efforts in terms of guidance and support.
At the same time, he stressed that these partnerships constitute a cornerstone for establishing national programs aimed at offering students professional and academic guidance aligned with the needs of the labor market.
-For her part, Ms. Oumaima Mhijir, executive director of the Foundation, specified that this meeting was an important opportunity to present the “Jad” application, which allows students and young people to discover the available academic courses as well as careers. corresponding to their aspirations. And to continue that this application is based on modern digital communication, facilitating access to information and making it possible to make informed decisions concerning orientation.
It should be remembered that the Jadara Foundation, created 23 years ago, is a Moroccan non-profit association which works for access to quality education, with particular emphasis on young people from social and economic backgrounds. vulnerable. The Foundation works in collaboration with public and private actors to promote an inclusive and sustainable society. Since its creation, more than 2,750 young people have benefited from its services, 74% of whom are women. The Foundation also recorded a professional integration rate of 92% for its graduates, with 70% of them among the best in their class.
