During its last meeting in Panassac, the Val de Gers community council validated several important projects for the development of the territory.
The extension of the Masseube business zone in continuity with the current zone provides for the development of approximately 1.8 hectares of land to accommodate new businesses.
The development of the Sansan paleontological site will continue with the creation of an interpretation center. The community of municipalities, in partnership with the National Museum of Natural History and the Museum of Toulouse, is launching the creation of a mediation center. This project aims to preserve and promote the paleontological heritage and to strengthen the tourist attractiveness of the territory in connection with the Astarac regional natural park (PNR) project.
Faced with growing health needs, the community of municipalities is planning the extension of the Masseube territorial health center by moving the 138m² floor to create 5 consulting rooms. The building permit was submitted at the end of 2024.
-Continuing from previous years and given the success of the project, the community of municipalities has decided to extend its on-demand transport service in 2025.
