The trio, once on board, ingested nitrous oxide (laughing gas) and asked the driver to go to Aiguillon. The latter refused. One of the three individuals then placed a knife to the driver's throat to make him comply. He also punched him in the face. It was at that moment that the police arrested them. At the end of police custody, by decision of the prosecution, the trio was sent back to appear on prior admission of guilt next spring.
