OQTF, compromising video and knife to the throat

During the night from Friday to Saturday, a certain number of events occupied the and Villeneuve police officers. Police custody lasted this Saturday, January 18. The 35-year-old young woman, known to the police, arrested in Agen due to obvious public drunkenness and who bit an officer when removing her jewelry, assured that she did not remember the facts when she recovered his spirits. The video recording of the scene quickly reminded him of them.

She was brought before the public prosecutor this Sunday, January 19, who informed her of the legal proceedings initiated against her. As for the two foreigners in an irregular situation on French territory, guilty of attacking a third man on Boulevard de la Liberté on Friday evening, they were placed under house arrest and ordered to leave French territory. While waiting for it to be executed (if it is), these two will have to report to the police station once a week and not change their address, at the risk of committing a criminal offense. The victim did not file a complaint. This individual, allegedly of Moroccan nationality, gave a false address to the police who were therefore unable to find him.

Finally, in Villeneuve-sur-Lot, where three individuals were in police custody following the attack on a motorist, the investigation and hearings made it possible to identify the circumstances of the events. The victim, a man in his fifties, was awakened during the night from Friday to Saturday by a young person he was staying with. The latter told him that the car in which he had traveled with two friends had broken down. The young man then asked his landlord for help. He took his car to help them out. The trio, once on board, ingested nitrous oxide (laughing gas) and asked the driver to go to Aiguillon. The latter refused. One of the three individuals then placed a knife to the driver's throat to make him comply. He also punched him in the face. It was at that moment that the police arrested them. At the end of police custody, by decision of the prosecution, the trio was sent back to appear on prior admission of guilt next spring.
