The Pamplie municipal council met on January 13, 2025 at the municipal multi-activity room and took the following decisions.

Support for the Mahorais. Patrick Pétorin, mayor, read the letter from the Association of Mayors of Deux-Sèvres as part of solidarity with Mayotte, a French department devastated by powerful climatic hazards. Exceptionally, it is decided to participate in aid and reconstruction actions by allocating €1 per inhabitant, or €265. These aid funds will be allocated to the Red Cross or Civil Protection.

Elected officials are also contacted by the Léo-Desaivre college foyer in Champdeniers. Based on the usual calculation principles, linked to the number of secondary school students residing in the municipality, namely three, it is decided to pay €39 (€13 per secondary school student).

Agreement with Les Groseillers. A meeting took place between elected officials from the two municipalities. This does not have a tractor and associated equipment. An agreement for the provision of equipment with municipal staff will be established so that the municipality can occasionally make its requests in return for a financial contribution to the municipality of Pamplie.

Pocket money device. In order to renew this year the pocket money system which is aimed at young people in the municipality aged 16 to 17, the mayor is authorized to take steps to obtain approval for its implementation.

Deployment of Linky meters. The mayor announces the letter received from Sieds Geredis (energy) concerning the implementation of Linky meters in the municipal territory in the second quarter of 2025.

Census. It started on January 16 and is run by Christine Imgremeau.

Points divers. An exchange of facts and ideas took place during the session on the state of the roads and the recent damage caused by the bad weather of recent days. The Autize river notably dug up the Route de la Poupetière roadway and tore out a pedestrian bridge.

Competence of the Val de Gâtine community of communes: elected officials will take stock of the situation and specify requests and contact river management services.

Next municipal council meeting Monday February 10, 2025.
