Both passionate about caving, Daniel Demimuid (retired from the Youth and Sport service), president of the Caving Development Association (ASD 53), based in Montsûrs (Mayenne), and Violaine Chiang, beekeeper, and treasurer of the structure, spend a lot of time on it.

The activities offered range from discoveries and explorations of cavities, caves and galleries to a more sporting dimension which is practiced on the climbing wall of the sports hall. Given the scale that our association has grown, we have turned to aid such as the Civic Service, to support us. Since September 2024, we have recorded the arrival of four jobs, the last two of which arrived at the start of the year. With them, our association has employed 26 young people in seven years, and some are still in contact with us. I am thinking, for example, of Ambre who is our remote secretary and who created a beautiful poster for us on the underground world. specifies Daniel Demimuid.

Sarah Bourguilleau, 18 years old, a Mayenne resident who arrived in September, already practiced a bit of caving and I got a taste for it. After obtaining my general baccalaureate, I took advantage of this system to arrive here .

Morgan Bruyère, 17, also present since September, is from Évron. Trained as an electrician, I took advantage of an introductory course in July to join this service.
