Free and paid training awaits them, open to young people aged 16 to 27, ranging from those without a diploma up to BAC level.
Why get started?
Pastry is an exciting profession that combines creativity and precision. This 4-month training, starting on February 10, 2025 at the Ecole de la 2e Chance (E2C) Liévin, is designed to allow them to test this profession before fully committing to it.
They will learn: basic pastry techniques, the preparation of classic and modern recipes, management of a professional kitchen, culinary creativity, updating fundamental knowledge, resuming a sustained work pace.
