Fight in the street

In fact, through the questions, we learn that seriously tipsythe defendant, aged around thirty, was making lurches with his car in a parking lot. A local resident who was returning from doing his shopping gave him a reproachful look: which he did not appreciate.

Serious injuries and loss of consciousness

For this reason alone, he jumped out of his vehicle and literally demolished the poor man to the point of making him lose consciousness by causing injuries quite severe. The police officers, quickly on site, almost suffered the same fate, receiving insults, death threats and numerous kicks and punches. Reinforcements from the anti-crime squad temporarily managed to control him before the madman finally attacked the doctor responsible for examining him in the hospital.

The president reminds him of the 23 convictionsvery often for violence, committed almost everywhere in France and even in Belgium. The prosecutor is asking for two years in prison, partly suspended, and a cancellation of the license since the defendant was clearly drunk at the wheel. The court finally sentenced him to 15 months (including 10 suspended) to which was added the cancellation of a previous 7-month suspended sentence, which in total made a year behind bars.
