Focus on affiliates declaring more than 1,000,000 DH in payroll
In its report, the CNSS focused on affiliates declaring more than 1,000,000 DH in payroll. The number of this population rises to 19,487 in 2023 compared to 17,799 in 2022. The distribution by seniority shows that 51% of the affiliates studied have seniority which varies between 5 and 20 years; 17% from 20 to 30 years old; 11% from 30 to 50 years old and only 4% for those over 50. Regarding the distribution by size, the CNSS reports that 68% of the affiliates studied declare a number of employees ranging from 21 to 200 employees. 14% of affiliates declare more than 200 employees. More than 45,000 new businesses have joined the Fund
According to CNSS data, the number of affiliates entering 2023 stood at 45,035 in 2023 compared to 45,114 in 2022, a drop of 0.2 points. Furthermore, the CNSS indicates that the number of affiliates leaving in 2023 stood at 31,225 compared to 37,130 in 2022, which represents a drop of 16 points. Increase in the number of declared employees

There is an average annual increase of 2.43 points in the average pension of all pensioners between 2019 and 2023. This trend, with an upward trend, concerned all types of pensions paid. It should be noted that the average old-age pension is the largest, reaching 2,168 DH, followed by the disability pension which amounts on average to 1,980 DH, compared to 964 DH for the average survivors’ pension. The average pension for all pensioners of the scheme is around 1,814 DH.
