Trial of former Grenoble rugby players – Jammes and Grice's request for release at hearing on January 21

It is on January 21 that the investigating chamber will study the request for release of Loïck Jammes and Rory Grice, found guilty of gang rape.

A month ago, on December 13, Loïck Jammes and Rory Grice were convicted of gang rape, and sentenced to 14 years for one and 12 years in prison for the other. Since then, they have been incarcerated at the remand center. As a reminder, the facts date back to March 2017, in a hotel in Bordeaux. Since the verdict, the second has been dismissed by his employer, the club.

On January 21, the two players have an appointment with the investigating chamber of the Bordeaux court. She will have to decide on their request for release.

For Denis Coulson, sentenced to 14 years in prison, and also in the Gradignan penitentiary center, this same request will be studied on January 28.
