Police find a dead man and a child safe and sound in a vehicle in Saint-Charles-Borromée
The preliminary information available points to a homicide. The victim would be a member of a Hells Angels school club, Full Metal, according to information obtained by Noovo Info. He is known to the police for a criminal record.
A shooter fled and is still actively being sought, according to authorities.
The vehicle was in front of a condo building located on Rang Double, in Saint-Charles-Borromée in Lanaudière.
