Golden Street-Art is organizing the 11th edition of its competition which rewards the most beautiful frescoes created in France in 2024. Before knowing the winners and the lucky winner, Internet users are invited to vote among a selection of 57 urban works. Among these frescoes selected and named, 16 are in Île-de-France, including 3 in Paris. We discover them!
Urban art lovers, do you know it? Golden Street-art ? Organized by the site trompe-l-oeil.info, this competition designates each year the most beautiful frescoes in France thanks to the votes of Internet users. On January 14, the Golden Street-art has revealed the 57 most beautiful urban works selected this year, in the running to become the most beautiful mural created in France in 2024.
Before knowing the future Golden Street Art 2024Internet users are therefore invited to vote on Facebook for their favorite work where no less than 16 works located in Île-de-Franceincluding 3 in Paris, appear in this ranking of the 57 selected frescoes. We discover them!
Direction first of all the commune ofArgenteuilin Val-d'Oise, to admire the monumental work of Hopealready in the running as part of the competition organized by Street Art Cities. Built in September 2024, it is located exactly at No. 98 on Avenue Maurice Utrillo.
In this Ile-de-France department, several other frescoes are in competition, including the one produced jointly by Nexer One, Ibaat Satya et 2LI has Pierrelaye (2 rue de la Paix) or the one signed Yes has Vauréal (95 boulevard de l’Oise). In this same town of Val-d'Oise, the fresco painted by Horror, 2FLOWS et The Blasé Guy (boulevard de l'Oise) is also in the running this year.
We change departments in the Ile-de-France region, and head to Val-de-Marne, where four works are in competition: that of SteW has Villeneuve-Saint-Georges (18 rue des Chênes), those of It is raked has Champigny (1 Allée des Meilliers) and Ivry-sur-Seine (56 Boulevard de Brandebourg) and that of case has Creteil (Abbey Square).
In Seine-Saint-Denis, several artists compete, including Kashinka et Insane51 has Saint-Denis (132 and 134 rue Danielle Casanova), then Eduardo Kobra has Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine (10 rue Alexandre Bachelet).
The fresco of It is raked has Bagneux (2 rue des Cuverons), in Hauts-de-Seine, is also selected, as is the work of case created at Saint-Cyr-l’École in Yvelines (1 rue Lucien Sampaix).
Finally, three frescoes located Paris are among the 57 most beautiful works created in 2024 in France. There are those of Louyz (54 Rue Gérard) and Real set (58 rue Pascal) in the 13th, then that of Guilty (149 rue de Sèvres, within the Necker Hospital), in the 15th arrondissement.
Internet users, street art lovers, therefore have the opportunity to vote for their favorite fresco until Sunday February 2, 2025 at 8 p.m. At the end of this first stage, the competition will designate the 10 frescoes selectedhaving counted the most “Like“. Then it's time for the final vote. These 10 frescoes will then be submitted to the vote of a jury made up of photographers (70% of the final score) and to the vote of Internet users on Facebook (30%).
Remember, last year, the street artist Seyb won all the votes for his work created in Savigné-sur-Lathan in Indre-et-Loire. On the second step of the podium, we found Nexer One & Slarz for their mural fresco created with four hands and to be admired at Ermont in Val-d'Oise in Île-de-France (1 rue du Général Lhérillier, Ermont).
