There will be 56 job cuts at Conforama in Lognes and 18 at But in Emerainville. A total of 74 therefore for the two furniture brands brought together within the same group since September. The announcement came yesterday. It is their respective headquarters in Seine-et-Marne which are concerned. Management assures that this is a voluntary departure plan, without compulsory dismissal. The move of one of the two sites would not be on the agenda either. The unions say they are “worried”.
