This is a national movement, and in Landes, the rally is scheduled in front of the Directorate of Departmental Services of National Education, in Mont-de-Marsan at 12:30 p.m.
The slogans: denounce the precariousness and invisibility of those accompanying students with disabilities, and demand for these agents the creation of a corps of category B civil servants in the State Civil Service, and recognition of their profession.
The other demands are a significant increase in remuneration over the entire career; the abandonment of localized inclusive support centers (Pial) and education support centers (PAS) and the policy of pooling resources; as well as recruitment of AESH to meet needs. Without forgetting the current issue: the recognition of full time on the basis of 24 hours of student support, without adding new missions to extracurricular time.
Audience requested
To discuss these subjects, an audience will be requested with the secretary general, Nicolas Sanchez, who has been acting since the departure of the academic director on January 13, Mr. Brevet, and while awaiting the appointment of his successor. The departmental secretary of SNUipp-FSU, Cathy Vigneau Laffargue, specifies that the unions will also be received, at the same time, at the rectorate in Bordeaux.
