Motorists noticed its appearance near the Arcachon basin. a radar was installed between the town of Biganos and the place called Les Argentières on January 9, 2025.
Autonomous radar (often called construction radar) actually appeared on the departmental road 1250.
An axis limited to 80 km/h
It is located at the level of go-kart field and paintball, on this axis which allows you to reach the south of the Arcachon basin from Bordeaux (via Marcheprime).
It is not marked with a radar panel specific, but is installed on the secure 29-kilometer route of the departmental road between Biganos and Le Teich.
New radar controls speed in both directions traffic, on this axis limited to 80 kilometers per hour.
