In Meurthe-et-Moselle: A pedestrian killed in Tucquegnieux, the favored criminal trail
A dramatic news item took place Monday evening, around 9 p.m., in the town of Tucquegnieux (Meurthe-et-Moselle), located around thirty kilometers from the Luxembourg border. A pedestrian from Trieux was fatally struck down by a vehicle, rue Loris-Batignani, report our colleagues from Republican Lorraine.
What looked like a tragic traffic accident may not have been one after all. According to the regional daily, the homicide trail, against a backdrop of alcohol after a dispute, would indeed be favored. A resident of Tucquegnieux was arrested and placed in police custody for intentional homicide, following initial investigations carried out by the Val de Briey gendarmes.
