In introducing his wishes to the inhabitants of Chafviens, Mayor Nicolas Barbe could not ignore past and future crises, whether health, geopolitical, social, economic, financial, ecological and climatic, democratic and institutional. Crises which follow one another, combine, collide, inevitably creating strong social tensions among a population which is worried, among other things, about the unprecedented political situation that France is going through.
