Entry into force of compulsory All Risks Construction Site and Ten-year Civil Liability insurance in Morocco

Subscription to All Risks Construction Site (TRC) and Ten-year Civil Liability (RCD) insurance policies becomes compulsory in Morocco.

TRC insurance offers third party coverage against bodily injury and property damage caused during site work. The guarantee also covers the project owner against risks which could impact its property and construction work.

RCD insurance protects, for its part, buyers and future owners of real estate. In the event of a disaster, the mandatory RCD compensates the people concerned quickly and without seeking liability.
