The commune of Mérina-Dakhar celebrated yesterday the final of the mayor’s cup of the said commune. Indeed, football enthusiasts came from all the surrounding localities to take part in this sporting event, having pitted the large Ascs from the different villages against each other.
On this occasion, the local councilor, El Hadj Mamour Syll, pleaded for the assignment of a head nurse (ICP) and a midwife to the health post in the village of Nguéoul Loto. The mayor, who welcomed the efforts of the State in the health sector, informed that the municipality has already supported the said position in terms of allocations and that the urgency is the recruitment of health personnel at the level of this health structure to the great happiness of the populations.
