Casablanca: the four operational hoppers on the Azemmour road, users fully satisfied

Users of the Azemmour road heaved a sigh of relief. The four hoppers planned as part of the RR320 development project are now operational.

This project, let us remember, is part of a vast urban development and mobility program for the west of Casablanca which runs until 2026. Supported by the prefecture of Casablanca and the province of Nouaceur, it is equipped with a budget of 550 million dirhams.

In addition to widening this road from two to three lanes, this project involves the construction of four tunnels. The first, 100 meters long, is located at the intersection of the Azemmour road and the southwest ring road.

The second, 400 m long, is located at the intersection of the RR320 and route 144. The third tunnel, also 400 m long, is located at the intersection with route 151. Finally the fourth tunnel, 400 m long, is 1,000 m, is located at the intersection of provincial road 3003.

Asked by Le360users expressed their satisfaction. A motorist living in Bouskoura and working in Casablanca notes the smoothing of traffic after the entry into service of these hoppers, which breaks with the long traffic jams which made life difficult for users.

Same relief expressed by a resident of the Errahma district who uses this road a lot. “We have suffered enormously from traffic jams, especially since last Ramadan. Not anymore, it’s impeccable», Says a third motorist who underlines the significant saving in time.
