The overall market capitalization of the Regional Stock Exchange (BRVM) recorded a drop of 16.102 billion FCFA at the end of the trading session on Friday, January 10, 2025.

This capitalization in fact increased from 20,563.711 billion FCFA the day before to 20,547.609 billion FCFA at the end of the trading day on January 10, 2025. This drop is the essential fact of the capitalization of the stock market which has fallen. of 17.067 billion FCFA, going from 9,940.592 billion FCFA the day before to 9 923.525 billion FCFA this Friday, January 10, 2025.

As for that of the bond market, it recorded an increase of 965 million, standing at 10,624.084 billion FCFA against 10,623.119 billion FCFA on Thursday January 9, 2025.

The total value of transactions increased slightly, standing at 519.051 million FCFA against 414.571 million FCFA the day before.

The indices are in a mixed situation. The BRVM Composite index fell by 0.17% to 271.77 points against 272.24 points previously. For its part, the BRVM 30 index recorded a drop of 0.19% to 136.47 points against 136.73 points the day before. For its part, the BRVM Prestige index recorded an increase of 0.76% to 112.48 points against 111.63 points the day before.

The Top 5 with the highest price increases is occupied respectively by the securities SIB Côte d’Ivoire (+7.41% to 3,480 FCFA), SETAO Côte d’Ivoire (+7.32% to 440 FCFA), NEI CEDA Ivory Coast (plus 6.67% to 720 FCFA), SICOR Côte d’Ivoire (plus 6.48% to 4,275 FCFA) and Servair Abidjan Côte d’Ivoire (plus 5.10% to 1,855 FCFA).

The Flop 5 with the biggest price drops is occupied by the shares Tractafric Motors Côte d’Ivoire (minus 4.88% at 1,950 FCFA), Côte d’Ivoire (minus 2.83% at 17,005 FCFA), BOA Benin (minus 2.10% at 3,500 FCFA), CFAO Ivory Coast (minus 0.83% at 600 FCFA) and Sucrivoire Côte d’Ivoire (minus 0.68% at 725 FCFA).
