On the occasion of the commemoration of the presentation of the Independence Manifesto, King Mohammed VI, may God help him, pardoned 1,304 people convicted by different courts of the Kingdom, announced the Ministry of Justice in a press release.
The beneficiaries of the Royal Pardon who are in detention number 948 detainees, distributed as follows:
– Pardon on the remainder of the sentence of imprisonment or reclusion for the benefit of 33 prisoners.
– Remission of the sentence of imprisonment or reclusion for the benefit of 915 detainees.
The beneficiaries of the Royal Grace who are at liberty number 356 people, distributed as follows:
– Pardon on the prison sentence or its remainder for the benefit of 62 people.
-– Pardon on the prison sentence with maintenance of the fine for the benefit of 15 people.
– Pardon on the fine for the benefit of 260 people.
– Pardon on the prison sentence and fine for the benefit of 19 people.
