On December 12, 2024, La Carsat Hauts-de-France and the developer AVENTIM signed on December 12 a deed of purchase of the future head office which will host the regional Carsat. This new location will be located 300 meters from the current headquarters at Borne de l’Espoir and will be able to accommodate more than 880 employees. This new head office will be more easily accessible, with access to modern and efficient public transport lines (BHNS from 2027), it will be close to services and shops and will be ecologically exemplary.
Environmentally, the building will have a concrete structure with wooden passageways and bio-sourced materials for insulation, also with photovoltaic panels and the recovery of rainwater and gray water. There will also be a 3,200 m2 garden, planted terraces, ponds and a forest.
Hugues Bardoux, General Director of Carsat Hauts-de-France, explains that “This project is not only a change of location, but the opportunity to offer our teams a modern environment, adapted to their needs and our missions. By anchoring our headquarters in the heart of our territory, we affirm our desire to combine performance, sustainability and proximity.»
For Manon Breda, project leader at AVENTIM, “this project represents much more than a building. It is a heritage investment, designed to meet the challenges of tomorrow’s tertiary real estate while promoting people and the environment.»
