Triel-sur-Seine sees things big on Saturday February 1, 2025 on the occasion of the Chinese – Lunar New Year! Chinese village and entertainment from midday, followed by a dragon parade, a choir, fireworks and even a dancing evening!
This year, Triel-sur-Seine celebrates the Chinese New Year – Lunar with great fanfare Saturday February 1, 2025 ! This weekend, the charming town of Yvelines (78) will be invaded by colors, flavors and traditional activities for the greatest pleasure of families.
From noonlet yourself be caught up in the sweet aroma escaping from the Chinese villagefull of authentic delights, planted on Place Philippe Prévost. After tasting the famous culinary specialtiesjoin the party by participating in a host ofanimations which will take you on a journey to the heart of chinese culture.
But above all, don't miss the parade of lions and dragons ! Following the Dragon's Eyes Opening Ceremony, the parade will take to the streets of the city with a giant dragon, batucadas and a snake created by the schools, up to Place Philippe Prévost. Follow the procession with your loved ones to music until nightfall.
Another highlight of the day: the choir and the Blue Dragon show which will combine dance and kung fu demonstrations. And, as every good show ends in apotheosis, prepare yourself for a epic fireworks followed by a dance party which will electrify the city until 10 p.m.
