An outcry

This project announced by Emmanuel Macron in 2018 and designed from 2019 by the magistrate and the historian around a public interest group (GIP) was to see the light of day by 2027 before the government of Michel Barnier decided, a few hours after its censorship, on December 6 to stop it for budgetary reasons.

This memorial museum, whose total cost is estimated at 95 million euros, must cover the attacks perpetrated on French soil from the mid-1970s to the present day.

An announcement before the commemorations
