A shortage of goods
Mayor Christian Jeffroy reminded the assembly of the housing difficulties linked to the shortage of goodswhether for purchase or rental.

A transitional housing project
While waiting for real estate projects to come to fruition in the months and years to come, the creation of transitional housing designed to be habitable all year round and which could take place in the Kergall park, would be an intermediate solution.
Companies and the CCAS are interested in this project forwelcoming seasonal workers or from families in emergency situations.
Housing that is attractive due to its price (around €45,000 for 25m² and two bedrooms), its mobility (no foundations), and its equipment (delivered equipped and ready to move into). Approval to mandate the LTC design office on the feasibility of the project.
Buying a house to host a business
As part of the Place de Kerilly development project, the municipality has the opportunity to buy the Gastaud house, located at 20 Place de Kerilly (plot AH 52) at the price of €170,000 including notary fees.
The objective is to recover land (after demolition of the garage) to enlarge the town entrance aspect towards Place du 19-Mars and then resell the house for the purposes of setting up a trader.
