The jury of the Maison de la Boulangerie-Pâtisserie de Seine-et-Marne decided at the Espace Saint-Jean de Melun, Tuesday December 3, 2024.
The winners of the 15th competition for the Best Galette of Seine-et-Marne are: the bakery To Temptation in Brie-Comte-Robert (business category) and Alicia Noel for Suzy and Arlette in Fontainebleau (apprentice category). How did they decide between them? The jury relied on several criteria: l’aspect (cooking and decoration), the taste (almond cream and puff pastry) and the cut (balancing) for a total of 100 points.
