Under the chairmanship of Nizar Baraka, Minister of Equipment and Water, the Board of Directors of the Société Nationale des Autoroutes du Maroc (ADM) met on December 23, 2024 to approve the budget for the year 2025. This is based on a forecast turnover of 4.4 billion dirhams, based on an estimated increase in traffic of 5.5%, and an investment of 4.1 billion dirhams for several strategic projects.
Among the main initiatives are the construction of the Tit Mellil – Berrechid and Rabat-Casablanca Continental highways, the development of the Sidi Maarouf and Ain Harrouda nodes, as well as the continued automation of operating systems. Measures will also be taken to strengthen user safety.
In order to guarantee the sustainability of the network, a budget of more than 600 million dirhams will be dedicated to the maintenance of motorway pavements, thus reinforcing the company’s commitment to maintaining quality infrastructure.
The members of the Board of Directors also sent a message of loyalty and allegiance to His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God help him, at the end of this meeting.
