Dakar, January 2 (APS) – The Minister of Urban Planning, Territorial Communities and Territorial Planning, Moussa Balla Fofana, will proceed, Friday in Cité Lamy, a district of the commune of Thiès Est, to the handover of three first prizes in the “Sétal sunu gox” competition, launched to reward the cleanest neighborhoods and the best cleanliness initiatives during the citizen mobilization day of December 7 2024.
The ceremony will be held from 10:30 a.m. in the Cité Lamy district, indicates a press release sent to the APS.
The text informs that the monitoring committee in its deliberation session of December 30, 2024, awarded in order the first three prizes of this competition to the Cité Lamy districts of the commune of Thiès Est, Diokoul Ndiourène of Rufisque Ouest and the village of Taïba Niassene, located in the commune of Nioro” (Kaolack, center).

Organized by the Ministry of Urban Planning on the theme: ”Together for clean and beautified neighborhoods”, with the slogan ”gox yu set te taaru”, this edition was officially launched in Keur Massar, in the suburbs. from Dakar.
