The emergencies at the Alès Hospital Center are off to a difficult start to the year, since they will be subject to regulation due to lack of staff.
The Alès Hospital Center in Gard due to lack of personnel is forced to regulate its administrations to the emergency department: “Due to insufficient medical staff and despite efforts to find replacement doctors, we inform you that the Alès Hospital Center is forced to temporarily reorganize the reception and admissions of the public to the Emergency Department..”
From 5 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. the next day on Thursday 2, Friday 3 and Sunday 5 January, access to emergencies will therefore be regulated.During this period, the population is recommended to contact Center 15 in advance; the public who have not been the subject of regulation presenting themselves to the emergency room will nevertheless be welcomed. It will be subject to on-site regulation with possible reorientation depending on its situation.“
Rest assured, “vital emergencies remain provided by the Mobile Emergency Resuscitation Service (SMUR) of Alès 24/7 within the framework of regulation by Center 15. Reception for pregnant women remains open 24 hours a day.”
