Accustomed to the place, the caregiver enters the accommodation and goes to the retiree's room for her care. She then discovers her daughter astride him, a pillow in her hands, holding it on her father's head.
Immediately, the 65-year-old nurse intervened and managed to push back the woman who was trying to end her father's life. Followed for serious psychiatric problems, the girl, aged around forty, still lives with her parents, who both need daily care from a health professional. When the police arrived, she made incoherent comments, demanding to “wear an electronic bracelet like Nicolas Sarkozy”.

The attacked father was taken care of by the firefighters, but he was able to stay at home, suffering no serious injuries. Her daughter was immediately taken to the psychiatric emergency room at the Kremlin-Bicêtre hospital. The investigation was entrusted to the Vitry police station.
