For those who are lucky enough to belong to a large family, the end of year celebrations are always an opportunity to get together and share moments filled with happiness, love and joy. A few years ago, the entire Belmondo clan enjoyed these good times. Jean-Paul Belmondo was surrounded by his children and grandchildren to celebrate Christmas. But his big departure in September 2021 shook up the balance they had found and appreciated so much.
However, Paul Belmondo, Luana and the children continued to reunite, the spirit of the deceased patriarch never forgotten. Especially since the family has since grown twice with the births of Vahé, the son born from the love story between Alessandro, son of Paul Belmondo, and Méliné, and that of Angelo, the little boy to whom Annabelle Belmondo gave birth at the beginning of the year. Two little joys which unfortunately were not enough to save the love that Paul and Luana Belmondo had for each other for years.
In the middle of summer, thunder fell on the Belmondo clan. In the columns of Paris MatchLuana Belmondo revealed that she was separated from Paul after more than 30 years of marriage and three beautiful boys. According to him, the pilot left for another woman. Paul did not confirm this theory and he insisted on speaking out to give his version of the facts: “His interview presents me as a cold and indifferent person even though I did everything possible to ensure that our separation took place with mutual respect. Contrary to his accusations, I did not abandon our family overnight without giving them any sign of life.”
A separate Christmas but with family
If the rest is up to them, Luana and Paul Belmondo continue to live and enjoy their family as much as they can despite the breakup. It was therefore two different Christmases that they experienced separately. There Italian chef was treated to a gourmet reunion and full of love with her sons and grandson but Paul was not left out. The latter also revealed photos of the people who surrounded him to celebrate the Christmas holidays.
In addition to his three boys Alessandro, Victor and Giacomo, his daughter-in-law Méliné, mother of his grandson Vahé, Paul Belmondo also had by his side his half-sister Charlotte Jolythe children of the latter and Jérôme Arcay, the childhood friend with whom he climbed to the summit of Kilimanjaro last year. An experience which brings even closer together the two friends who have been together since childhood and who, even without blood ties, prove that we can not have the same parents and still form a family.
