The police arrested and took into custody an 18-year-old young man: with two friends, he was having fun vandalizing the streets of Tarbes on Christmas Eve.
What an astonishing gift to find your vehicle with a broken mirror, after an evening supposed to be dedicated to celebration and reunions with your loved ones. An ode to joy…unless you are one of those unlucky people who parked on Avenue Alsace Lorraine, in the Saint-Antoine district, for Christmas Eve.
Three young friends, walking on this major axis in the north of Tarbes, and particularly drunk, have decided to spoil your party…to brighten up theirs. On their way, they started breaking mirrors of parked cars. As soon as the second one was broken, the police arrived immediately.
The young person was questioned
Faced with the rapid intervention of the police, the trio separated, only one of them failed to flee. Naturally taken to the police station, he was placed in a sobering up room and in police custody. His interrogation did not turn out to be very successful: the 18-year-old young man was unable to justify himself, putting his actions down to drunkenness.
It is crucial to remember that excess alcohol does not excuse a crime. To avoid this type of situation, remember to adopt responsible behaviors: do not drive after drinking, respect others and make sure that your evening of celebration does not end in regrets.
