Last week, a great event animated the protected unit of the 4 Seasons of the hospital center with the inauguration of the new interactive table financed by the Hôpital Sourire association.
A moment of conviviality and discovery of this innovative tool, which brought together residents, families and professionals, all delighted by this initiative.
Designed as a non-drug alternative, the interactive table soothes and stimulates cognitive, physical and social functions. “The beneficiaries can, at their own pace, explore multiple and varied fun activities,” explains Justine, the EHPAD facilitator.
It also helps prevent and alleviate behavioral disorders, while promoting serenity. This innovative tool is part of a holistic care approach, focused on well-being and quality of life. It will naturally benefit the residents of the three EHPADs of the Graulhet hospital center.
Thanks to annual donations, the Association also financed hi-fi equipment for the Pré de Millet EHPAD, helping to liven up musical and relaxing moments, as well as the creation of a fresco and the purchase of elements decoration and comfort to restore color to the restaurant room of the Saint-François EHPAD.
Madame Buisson, Director of the establishment, and all the teams would like to thank the Association Hôpital Sourire for their generous support and this wonderful collaboration, rich in meaning and solidarity.
By financing these projects, the Association once again demonstrates its commitment to the well-being of seniors and its desire to offer them a warm environment, in order to bring a little more smile to the faces of our seniors.
