A cannabis transaction did not go unnoticed on December 20 around 7:45 p.m., square des Hirondelles. The scene took place between a young woman and two men, aged 19 and 20 respectively. The two individuals, from Faverges and Annecy, were arrested by the national police, when they were about to conclude the deal. A bag containing 4 sticks of cannabis resin was found nearby. Placed in police custody, one of them admitted the facts of detention but denied the offer and the transfer.
